Each year we assemble a diverse and dedicated team to work harvest with us. Here, you will work in a cellar that doesn’t compromise quality for time or convenience. We receive grapes from some of the best vineyards in California, ranging from regions such as the Santa Lucia Highlands, Russian River Valley and Sonoma Coast appellations.
As a facility, we expect a lot from ourselves and in turn expect a lot from our interns. We do not cut corners and we won’t stand for those that do. With that, we also create a positive atmosphere and a zone of growth and learning for our interns. If you are willing to work, we are willing to teach and answer questions. We ensure that our harvest is staffed appropriately to foster a learning environment and allows for extra care to be given to the wines whenever necessary. We want you to be proud of the product you are helping to create. We will also make sure that after harvest, every intern is closer to achieving their career goals—and has a positive experience that will further their path in this beautiful, yet challenging industry.
